New phone

Well, I feel like I’m officially in the future, now that I have a smartphone.  I got the Droid, a bit of nice Motorola hardware running Google’s nice open-source OS Android, and carried by the icktastic Verizon.  So it goes.

    You got the DROID? My AT&T contract ends Dec 15 and I’m about this close to getting one. Is it worth it? The other option is one of Sprint’s offerings, either the Pre or the Hero, or maybe Samsung’s Android offering if they release an update to version 2.0.

    I like it so far. I’m holding off on a full recommendation until I’ve had it longer.
